En los resultados se evidencia que el 17,8% de los docentes del Centro Educativo Mater Purissima presentan un liderazgo directivo en un nivel deficiente, el 51,1% regular y el 31,1% óptimo, del mismo modo el 15,6% de los docentes del Centro Educativo Mater Purissima presentan una calidad educativa mala, el 55,6% regular y el 28,9% buena. Se concluye que el liderazgo directivo está asociado de manera directa con la calidad educativa de acuerdo con la correlación de Spearman de 0.873 interpretado como moderado con una significancia estadística de p=0.000 inferior 0.01.
