description Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la actitud de los enfermeros y el cuidado del paciente crítico en pandemia – Hospital María Auxiliadora – 2022, Método. El tipo de investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, correlacional y diseño transversal. Se establecieron dos variables de estudio, variable 1 Actitud y variable 2 Cuidado de los pacientes, la población y muestra correspondió a 22 enfermeros del área de cuidados intensivos del Hospital María Auxiliadora de Lima, Perú, siendo una muestra de tipo censal. Se empleó como instrumento de recolección de datos el cuestionario en cada una de las variables. Conclusiones: Se demostró que existe relación significativa entre la actitud de los enfermeros y el cuidado del paciente crítico en pandemia – Hospital María Auxiliadora – 2022; con un grado de correlación de 0.978 y una significación estadística de p=0,000 < 0,05.
