De acuerdo a los objetivos específicos y mediante las pruebas de hipótesis específicos se llegó a la conclusión: a) el plan estratégico institucional influye en la pobreza en la región Junín, 2021. b) el plan estratégico institucional influye en el empleo y bajos ingresos en la región Junín, 2021. c) el plan estratégico institucional influye en la vulnerabilidad, violencia y riesgo en la región Junín, 2021. d) el plan estratégico institucional influye en la exclusión e inclusión social en la región Junín, 2021.
