La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Se obtuvo como resultados, según la Tabla 21 y Figura 34, el 25% tiene un nivel bajo, el 49% un nivel medio y el 26% un nivel alto de conocimiento del Impuesto Predial. Este resultado indica que los contribuyentes conocen medianamente el Impuesto Predial y sus dimensiones (Sistema Tributario Municipal, Marco Legal del Impuesto Predial, Recaudación, Fiscalización y Cobranza)
