description La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar o extender el estudio de las coordenadas cilíndricas y esféricas en la tercera dimensión a las coordenadas hipercilíndricas e hiperesféricas en la cuarta dimensión, empleando el software MATHEMATICA para hacer la visualización de las líneas curvilíneas y superficies inmersas intrínsecamente en el presente trabajo. Los resultados de esta investigación servirán para facilitar a los interesados en este campo, generalizarlos a más dimensiones. Para este estudio se eligió como software científico al Mathematica que permitió generar códigos, para manipular objetos matemáticos involucrados en las coordenadas curvilíneas en R4, y la teoría conocida acerca de las coordenadas curvilíneas esféricas y cilíndricas en R3.
