Revisado por el profesor Marco Antonio Ríos Pita, responsable de la asignatura.Netflix desde su incursión en la industria del entretenimiento en 1997 originalmente en EE.UU. ha evolucionado profundamente la industria del cine y la televisión en el mundo, cambiando la perspectiva de únicamente “ver una serie o película” a convertirlo en una verdadera experiencia para sus clientes. De esa forma, este trabajo investigativo ofrece un análisis de Netflix como organización empresarial, desde aspectos generales como los datos de la empresa hasta algunos más específicos referentes a su desarrollo como la planeación, la organización, el marketing, la administración de operaciones, la gestión de personas y la ética y responsabilidad social. Por medio de la investigación y recopilación de datos artículos y otros estudios pasados, se estudiará cómo es que Netflix ha ido reflejando en sus actividades cada uno de los puntos explicados en los siguientes capítulos e indagar qué es lo que la ha convertido en la potencia actual de contenidos audiovisuales dentro de una audiencia global.Netflix since its foray into the entertainment industry in 1997 originally in the US has profoundly evolved the film and television industry in the world, changing the perspective of just “watching a series or movie” to making it a true experience for Your clients. In this way, this investigative work offers an analysis of Netflix as a business organization, from general aspects such as the company's data to some more specific aspects regarding its development such as planning, organization, marketing, operations administration, management of people and ethics and social responsibility.
