Descripción
Sumario:This project addresses the problem of finding stores specialized in clothing accessories amid the overwhelming offer of products in marketplaces and virtual stores. The laborious search and comparison of products, along with the frustration of not being able to try them before purchasing, affect consumers. Furthermore, entrepreneurial accessories brand owners face obstacles by not finding a suitable online space to display and sell their products, affecting their sales. The innovation proposal focuses on the creation of a marketplace with augmented reality technology, using agile methodologies and Design Thinking. It begins with market and user research, followed by the development of a strategic business plan and the design of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for future implementation. The marketplace, as a solution, offers buyers the convenience of finding a variety of products in one place and sellers the opportunity to bid without increasing costs. Augmented reality technology is presented as an innovative tool to improve the shopping experience, both in product visualization and decision making. Augmented reality, constantly growing in the retail sector, stands out not only in advertising and marketing, but also in logistics and sales. Although the implementation of this technology is still limited in Peru, the project demonstrates the opportunity to explore and exploit this field in various sectors, such as banking, real estate, medicine, tourism, among others. Entrepreneurship in Peru is not easy, but this project provides an example of the feasibility of successfully undertaking a business through a strategic plan, effective methodologies, and the collaboration of advisors or mentors. The research contributes to knowledge on topics related to online stores and augmented reality, positioning itself as a reference in the academic and business field.
