Nowadays pets are perceived as one more member of the family, which has been reflected in the increase in the monthly budget for the care and care of them. Currently, families have less time to take their dogs to establishments that offer bathing and cosmetic services, which are mostly veterinary. Likewise, many owners affirm that they have felt that the animals return to their homes from the veterinarians with episodes of anxiety or become more hostile (¿Como reducir el estrés de las mascotas en las clínicas veterinarias?, s.f.). This business plan proposes to solve this problem through a conditioned vehicle with which the service of bathing, aesthetics and haircut can be provided to dogs at home. This vehicle will be implemented with all the tools and materials that allow us to offer a quality service and that generates satisfaction in our clients. The competitive advantage over the current competition is focused on providing a personalized service that generates confidence in the owners, who will be able to supervise the service provided at all times and will be able to save the time that it regularly takes to transfer the dogs to the veterinarians, and the waiting times related to the service currently provided by these establishments. Likewise, during the development of the research work, the feasibility of implementing this business idea and the viability of the economic-financial plan have been validated.
