The research is focused on the analysis of the perception that young people between 18 and 25 years of age from the city of Abancay and the city of Lima have regarding the influencer Roxana Molina as a gender influencer. A qualitative investigation was applied in which 40 people participated, who were divided by the cities in question. Interviews and focus groups were used as data collection instruments. The results show that there are differences in the perception of the young people interviewed against the influencer. Therefore, it is concluded that there is an inclination of approval in the city of Lima and a disapproval inclination in the city of Abancay; however, there is recognition by both target groups of Roxana Molina as a gender influencer.
