Descripción
Sumario:Currently, finding employees satisfied and committed to their work represents a challenge for organizations. This problem is reflected in high levels of turnover, low levels of productivity, among others; Based on the above, the objective of the present review was to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in adults in Latin America. The search for research articles was carried out taking into account the methodological recommendations provided by the PRISMA guide. 10 articles that met the established criteria were analyzed. As a result, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in adults in Latin America. Furthermore, it could be seen that there is little literature developed in Latin America in the organizational field, much of it focusing on employees in the academic field, in addition to a large part of it that is developed by professionals from specialties other than psychology. After carrying out this review, it was concluded that it is necessary for human resources professionals to develop and deploy strategies that improve employees' perception of their organization, increasing their satisfaction and work commitment.
