Currently, finding employees satisfied and committed to their work represents a challenge for organizations. This problem is reflected in high levels of turnover, low levels of productivity, among others; Based on the above, the objective of the present review was to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in adults in Latin America. The search for research articles was carried out taking into account the methodological recommendations provided by the PRISMA guide. 10 articles that met the established criteria were analyzed. As a result, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in adults in Latin America.
