En ese sentido, este documento presenta la aplicación de la metodología VDC para la fase diseño detallado del proyecto. En consecuencia, se logró entregar el proyecto a tiempo con 3 facilidades para la operación y mantenimiento (Grúa, Faja N°8 y electroimán). Integrar a los principales actores como el área usuaria, O&M, diseñador de ingeniería y diversas áreas de proyectos rompiendo la brecha geográfica (España, Cerro de Pasco, Lima). Emplear un modelo que permita la simulación constructiva e inclusión de parámetros de información no gráfica.
