The present work is based on the manufacture of frozen tequeños with mixed filling based on sweet potato flour, these to be consumed must be previously fried. The useful life of the project will be 5 years. This is technically justified because it is possible to do it, as it is also accessible to obtain both the raw material, which is the sweetpotato flour and the main inputs, which are ham and cheese. Likewise, it is economically justified thanks to market studies and analyzing our cash flows, from which positive results are obtained. Finally, in the social aspect, it will be possible to appreciate, that the workers, the final consumers, the distributors and as well as the company itself, comply with society.
