Para esto, se enfoca en dos cuestionamientos fundamentales: ¿cómo proyectar para resolver las necesidades de los niños no oyentes? y ¿cómo resolver el problema de las barreras que limitan la accesibilidad en nuestras ciudades? En este aspecto, el aprendizaje corporal, el auto descubrimiento y los estímulos hápticos son los lineamientos básicos de diseño. Por medio de este, se cuestionan los límites de accesibilidad al interior de la ciudad, haciendo del entorno el medio conector entre el espacio público y la ciudad, entre una población minoritaria y la sociedad.
