Such stamps can easily be used to portrayseveral themes for teaching chemistry at all levels, or can beused together with anecdotes or historical details, for example,to make technical presentations much more attractiveEste artículo ofrece una introducción al mundo de la química a través de su representación en sellos postales y otrosmateriales filatélicos provenientes de muchos países. Además de químicos famosos o ganadores de premios Nóbel de química, existen estampillas que muestran átomos, moléculas y minerales, símbolos y fórmulas químicas, la tabla periódica, equipo de laboratorio y varios aspectos de la industria química.
