| Sumario: | On the occasion of the Bicentennial of the Independence of Peru, which is presented as the great historical opportunity for legal operators to carry out a global review of legal institutions with a perspective of reform, a comprehensive examination of the regulation of marriage property regimes is carried out. and of the stable union; a task that is justified if it is considered that the current normative provision, contained in the 1984 Civil Code, responded to the postulates of the 1979 Constitution, which today is repealed; corresponding, therefore, to analyze it under the perspectives introduced by the 1993 Constitution and the developments of comparative law in this matter. |
