This article aims to summarize what I have considered the most relevant aspects of the current law of the contentious administrative jurisdiction of Nicaragua, which evidently presents great deficiencies in its drafting, but also, when the Constitutional Chamber declared twenty-eight articles unconstitutional, leaving only A contentious administrative chamber, as a first instance, makes the jurisdictional control of the public administration even more difficult. There is currently a bill in the National Assembly, which we hope will soon be discussed and approved so that there is subordination of the Public Administrations to the Law and the Law, as required by the Constitutional States of Law of Nicaragua.
