The performance indicator system uses the platform's database to monitor, analyze, and reveal the advantages achieved over time. It incorporates a cutting-edge business intelligence and analytics tool: Microsoft PowerBI®, which allows for advanced visualization, segmentation, KPIs, interactive graphs with depth and aggregation levels, key statistics, and optimization. The system is responsive for five categories: capabilities, equipment, personnel, communication, and forecasts. It includes 45 simple KPIs and a section for forecasts (machine learning) to leverage the information generated in the last seven years.Se presentan los resultados obtenidos del diseño e implementación de un sistema de indicadores, el cual analiza la información de una plataforma responsiva que muestra el potencial tecnológico, de investigación y formación de recursos humanos con que cuentan los 493 laboratorios nacionales, universitarios y unidades de apoyo de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). El sistema de indicadores de desempeño utiliza la base de datos de la plataforma para monitorear, analizar y revelar las ventajas conseguidas en el tiempo, para lo que incorpora una herramienta de vanguardia en business intelligence y analytics: Microsoft Power BI®, con el que se logró la visualización avanzada, segmentación, KPI’s, gráficos interactivos con nivel de profundidad y agregación, estadísticas clave y optimización.
