Cada aspecto ha sido tratado de la siguiente manera, en la primera parte, tiene un acercamiento conceptual del tema, complementado por sus características e importancia; como segunda parte, se recoge los aportes de estudios actuales (últimos 10 años) sobre el tema, con el fin de comprender lo que se ha estudiado en otros contextos y qué resultados se han obtenido, esto está acompañado con una matriz de revisión de literatura en la sección anexos; y la última parte, brinda herramientas para trabajar el aspecto abordado. Cabe aclarar, que el texto aporta a la comprensión de cada aspecto desde la mirada de los autores y esto se complementa con elementos (herramientas) para su aplicación.
