Likewise, an analysis is made about how the systemic should influence both the environmental law and the law in general to help civilization restore the balance.En los últimos años, los seres humanos hemos tomado conciencia sobre el impacto de nuestras actividades en el medio ambiente. Así surge la norma ambiental, la cual parte de una conexión entre nuestras acciones, sus consecuencias y el sistema jurídico. En el presente artículo el autor propone un símil entre el funcionamiento de nuestra mente y el ambiente con la intención de encontrar un elemento común: la conectividad; y un método de conocimiento: el pensamiento sistémico.
