Objetivo: Analizar los hallazgos científicos sobre la tendencia en la implementación del método Bundle para la prevención de neumonías asociadas a ventilador mecánico. Metodología: Este estudio realizó una revisión bibliográfica de los últimos 5 años bajo la recopilación de artículos científicos, es un estudio de tipo descriptivo y cuantitativo, por lo que esta monografía evidencia los resultados de diversas fuentes bibliográficas: PUBMED, SCIENCE DIRECT, SCIELO, CAMBRIDGE CORE, REDALYC. Resultados: Se obtuvo 910 artículos, tras aplicar estrategias de búsqueda se obtuvo 30 artículos que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. En los estudios publicados se evidencio una gran variabilidad sobre la utilización del método Bundle y la efectividad que tiene en la reducción de Neumonías Asociadas a Ventilador. Conclusiones: La metodología bundle representa un método efectivo para la reducción de NAVM lo que permite contribuir el uso de esta estrategia al conocimiento del personal de salud.

During recent years, the Bundle method has shown a highly effective and successful reduction in the incidence rates of Mechanical Ventilator Associated Pneumonia. Objective: Analyze scientific findings on the trend in the implementation of the Bundle method for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilators. Methodology: This study carried out a bibliographic review of the last 5 years based on the compilation of scientific articles, it is a descriptive and quantitative study, so this monograph shows the results of various bibliographic sources: PUBMED, SCIENCE DIRECT, SCIELO, CAMBRIDGE CORE, REDALYC. Results: 910 articles were obtained, after applying search strategies, 30 articles were obtained that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In the published studies, great variability was evident in the use of the Bundle method and its effectiveness in reducing Ventilator Associated Pneumonia.
