Materiales y métodos: El presente estudio sera de tipo descriptivo transversal, retrospectivo, observacional. La población estará conformada por historias clínicas electrónicas de los pacientes con diagnóstico de desarmonía oclusal que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, donde se obtendrán los resultados en base a las variables de este estudio con un nivel de confianza del 95% y un p<0.05. Conclusiones: En el presente trabajo académico se concluye que las características clínicas más relevantes encontradas del diagnóstico de desarmonía oclusal, según edad, genero, tejido dentario, tejido periodontal, oclusión dentaria, tejido muscular, articulación temporomandibular y evaluación radiográfica lo que nos permitirá identificar que patologías se presentan con mayor frecuencia, y así brindar a los pacientes un mejor y adecuado tratamiento de rehabilitación oral.

Objective: The main objective is to determine the most relevant clinical characteristics in the electronic medical records of patients with a diagnosis of occlusal disharmony in the teaching dental center of the Universidad Peruana Cayetanoo Heredia in the year 2023. Materials and methods: The present study will be of type descriptive cross-sectional, retrospective, observational. The population will be made up of electronic medical records of patients with a diagnosis of occlusal disharmony who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, where the results will be obtained based on the variables of this study with a confidence level of 95% and a p <0.05.
