El presente de este estudio tuvo como objetivo desarrollar y evaluar una maqueta o prototipo de aplicativo móvil dirigido a los afiliados del SIS para mejorar el acceso a la información. La metodología propuesta incluyo entrevistas a profundidad a asegurados del SIS en las áreas de consulta externa del Hospital Cayetano Heredia con el objetivo de conocer sus necesidades de información. Usando esta data, se diseñó una maqueta de aplicativo móvil o app mediante el software “Figma”. Finalmente, se evaluó la usabilidad de la maqueta usando las variables de eficiencia, eficacia y satisfacción. Los afiliados al SIS reportaron un gran interés en conocer a la información sobre su seguro de salud considerando que les ayudaría en sus atenciones de salud. La maqueta final llamada “SISHelp”, fue muy bien recibida, todos los usuarios lograron completar las tareas, casi todas en el tiempo ideal y se recogieron sugerencias adicionales para próximas mejoras.

This can generate in the population confusion, dissatisfaction and the lack of knowledge of multiple topics about health services, medicine, and SIS’s coverage. The objective of this study was to develop and evaluate a mobile application prototype or mock-up aimed at SIS affiliates to improve access to information. The chosen methodology include depth interviews with SIS’s affiliates in the medic office areas of Cayetano Heredia Hospital to know the necessities of information. Using this information, a mock-up was designed using the “Figma” software. Finally, the usability of the mock-up was evaluated using the variables of efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction. SIS’ affiliates reported a huge interest about health assurance coverage information more importantly of what would help in their health appointments.
