description La presente investigación tendrá como objetivo principal aplicar el triángulo de evaluación pediátrica en el triaje de emergencias del servicio de pediatría del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, 2022. La metodología empleada es de tipo básico y diseño no experimental de nivel descriptiva, retrospectiva y de corte transversal. La muestra de la investigación estará conformada por 376 pacientes que recibieron atención en el área de emergencia del servicio de Pediatría del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, siendo el único hospital de atención para pacientes con Seguro Integral de Salud en este distrito populoso, durante el 2022; se usará como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos, en la cual se documentará data de las historias clínicas que cumplan criterios de inclusión como muestra. Para concluir con la investigación se usará el programa SPSS 25, mediante el cual podremos dar respuesta a los objetivos planteados en esta investigación, logrando obtener tablas y gráficos, posterior a ello podremos describir las conclusiones respectivas a esta investigación.
