Therefore, in this work it is presented as objective toknow and describe the contributions that develops the personalist bioethics about organ donation; for that, it was made an exhaustive search of information through consulting books, theses and specialized magazines and virtual data base, using certain search criteria such as keywords. Obtaining as a result that organ donation it is based on an ethic that involves generosity, solidarity and contribution to the good of an unknown person whose life cDonar un órgano implica ceder voluntariamente a otra persona que necesita un tejido u órgano, con la finalidad de preservar lasalud o salvar su vida, en este sentido se constituye en una actividad humana altruista que persigue el bien del necesitado; sin embargo, existe varios factores que intervienen para que hoy en día exista una negativa hacia la donación, suscitándose en este contexto preguntas éticas que tienen más que ver con la escasez de órganos, la justa selección de receptores, entre otras. Por lo tanto, en este trabajo se plantea como objetivo conocer y describir los aportes que desarrolla la bioética personalista sobre ladonación de órganos; para ello se realizó una exhaustiva búsqueda de información a través de la consulta de libros, tesis y revistas especializadas, así como de base de datos virtuales, utilizando ciertos criterios de búsqueda, como palabras claves.
