After 4 months radiographically observed in both the apical root closure, development of root length suggesting obtaining a biological process of active development with a favorable outcome, helping to reduce the possibility for now and make a root fracture future a root canal.Se presenta el caso de una primera molar inferior inmadura con necrosis pulpar y periodontitis apical crónica, a la cual se instauró la técnica de revascularización descrita por Trope, mediante la estimulación de un coágulo a partir de los tejidos periapicales, desinfectando los conductos con una mezcla de pasta Hoshino.Esta alternativa se presenta con gran auge en los últimos días pues ayuda a mejorar el pronóstico de dientes inmaduros necróticos mediante el reforzamiento de sus paredes dentinales, desafiando el enfoque tradicional mediante la apexifcación donde no se espera que haya una continuación del desarrollo radicular.
