Descripción
Sumario:For lower first molar immature chronic necrotic pulp and apical periodontitis, which revascularization technique described by Trope was established by stimulating clot from the periapical tissues, disinfecting ducts presents a mixture Hoshino paste. This alternative is presented with great boom in recent days as it helps to improve the prognosis of necrotic immature teeth by strengthening the dentinal walls, challenging the traditional approach by apexificación where there is expected to be a continuation of root development. After 4 months radiographically observed in both the apical root closure, development of root length suggesting obtaining a biological process of active development with a favorable outcome, helping to reduce the possibility for now and make a root fracture future a root canal.
