Currently there are different protocols as therapeutic alternatives; Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the use of platelet-rich fibrin and tetracycline-induced fluorescence. Therefore, the objective of this report is to show a case of mandibular osteoradionecrosis where different therapeutic alternatives are used.La osteorradionecrosis es una patología devastadora debido a que afecta la calidad de vida del paciente, que se caracteriza por la presencia de secuestros óseos en un área que fue previamente expuesto a tratamiento de radioterapia oncológica. Actualmente se tienen distintos protocolos como alternativas terapéuticas; oxigenoterapia hiperbárica, el uso de fibrina rica en plaquetas y fluorescencia inducida por tetraciclinas.
