  Oral squamous cell carcinoma is considered the most common malignancy in the laboratory, and one of the main causes is due to solar radiation, among other factors. The most common form of clinical presentation is manifested as an ulcerated, endophytic or exophytic lesion that progressively increases and infiltration by continuity in the adjacent areas, with a high risk of regional metastasis to lymph nodes or distant organs, so their attention is of utmost importance in primary stages to improve the prognosis of the disease, as well as to know the treatment, with surgery being the treatment of choice. That said, a case of cancer is presented in a superior laboratory, and its protocol of care from assessment to management, preserving the function and aesthetics of the patient.

  Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands that is characterized by its broad pleomorphic architecture. It represents 53-77% of all salivary gland neoplasms, mainly affecting the major salivary glands; however the minor salivary glands is an infrequent site of occurrence, representing 5-10% of cases, mainly on the palate and lip, nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx and trachea. The confirmatory diagnosis is performed with a histopathological study. The indicated treatment is the wide resection of the tumor. It is essential to know the surgical technique to avoid the recurrence of the disorder. Therefore, the aim of the present paper is to describe three  cases of PA located in infrequent sites of PA, such as the minor salivary glands.

Osteoradionecrosis is a devastating pathology because it affects the patient's quality of life, which is characterized by the presence of bone sequestration in an area that was previously exposed to oncological radiotherapy treatment. Currently there are different protocols as therapeutic alternatives; Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the use of platelet-rich fibrin and tetracycline-induced fluorescence. Therefore, the objective of this report is to show a case of mandibular osteoradionecrosis where different therapeutic alternatives are used.
