Sumario:The emergence of neuroscience and forensic neuropsychology in the 21st century has achieved consequences in law, mainly in criminal law focused on the limits of criminal responsibility (guilt) and the resocialization of the prisoner. The analysis of this topic seeks to determine the effects of the application of forensic neuropsychology (applicable to the criminal sphere) in the Peruvian criminal legal system, in terms of guilt and resocialization of the prisoner. To achieve this purpose, the object of study of neuroscience, forensic neuropsuchology and its relationship with criminal law will be conceptualized.
