The analysis of this topic seeks to determine the effects of the application of forensic neuropsychology (applicable to the criminal sphere) in the Peruvian criminal legal system, in terms of guilt and resocialization of the prisoner. To achieve this purpose, the object of study of neuroscience, forensic neuropsuchology and its relationship with criminal law will be conceptualized.El surgimiento de la neurociencia y de la neuropsicología forense en el siglo XXI ha traído consigo repercusiones en el derecho, principalmente en el derecho penal centrado en los ámbitos de responsabilidad criminal (culpabilidad) y la resocialización del reo.
