Sumario:In this work, we will see how the implementation of the corresponding solid biological sediment parameter or also known as total suspended solids (STS) in an aqueous medium without taking into account periods of summer and flooding of the river, elements of the region, or the hydrologic reality of different Natural areas, or the natural drag of biological residues that form part of the ecosystem itself have a harmful result to the environment.The imposition of parameters in so-called maximum permissible limits made by Peruvian state, in many cases, involve significant changes to the natural conditions of the aqueous medium (rivers, streams) alteration and responsibility that is imposed to alter mining holder natural conditions in order to adapt to a parameter used at national level, regardless of whether this human interference affects the environment detrimentally.Also, the aforementioned taxation generates a high cost on to the holder of the mining operation because
