In effect, the way in which the expiration is regulated and the reasons for which the Administration proceeds to declare it, as well as its nature, is set forth.El presente artículo tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la regulación de la caducidad en la Ley General de Pesca, Decreto Ley N° 25977, y su Reglamento, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 012-2001-PE, y en qué casos corresponde declararla, específicamente en lo que respecta al permiso de pesca y la licencia de operación de plantas de procesamiento.
