By the same token and particularly we need to consider the concept of justice from Plato and Aristotle through some modern and contemporary thinkers, and the relationship of it with the activities of the polis. And if so justice we have to understand it as the ability to take the place of other individuals who are suffering and who need the moral commitment of people into a community and which are capable of deliberating, so it is necessary to state that the exercise of justice needs the practice of deliberation.El objetivo de este artículo es reflexionar en torno a la justicia y su relación con el Derecho sin prescindir del aspecto moral que debe unirse inextricablemente a los términos referidos. Por lo mismo, y de manera particular, hemos de considerar el concepto de justicia desde Platón y Aristóteles, pasando por algunos pensadores modernos y contemporáneos, y la relación de la misma con las actividades de la polis.
