Descripción
Sumario:This article aims to reflect on justice and its relationship with the law, without eliminating the moral aspect that must be inextricably linked to the terms described. By the same token and particularly we need to consider the concept of justice from Plato and Aristotle through some modern and contemporary thinkers, and the relationship of it with the activities of the polis. And if so justice we have to understand it as the ability to take the place of other individuals who are suffering and who need the moral commitment of people into a community and which are capable of deliberating, so it is necessary to state that the exercise of justice needs the practice of deliberation.
