The apparatus used and the protocol used are described. Finally, the results obtained at the end of the treatment are shownEl presente reporte describe el caso de una paciente femenina de 11 años de edad, atendida en  el  Centro  Odontológico de la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad San Martín de Porres, a la cual se le realizó  un tratamiento de malocclusión clase I con apiñamiento severo con extracciones asimétricas. Este caso fue seleccionado por varios factores, entre ellos la complejidad de la mecánica utilizada, el tipo de maloclusión, el manejo del anclaje y la colaboración del paciente. Se describe la aparatología utilizada y el protocolo realizado.
