The purpose of the quantitative study was to design interactive workshops to reduce stress in children aged 10 and 11, using a non probabilistic sample of 30 students. A questionnaire of 19 items, valid (99%) and reliable (94%) was used. Among the main results, 80% were found to have health problems at medium and high levels. Regarding the school environment, 100% were located in the extreme levels of stress, where more than 60% border worrying ranges. Finally, acquired through family routines, 100% reach medium and high categories. Meanwhile, strategies such as relaxation exercises, painting techniques, self-identification of emotions, organization of healthy routines, joint meditation were proposed on a projective basis. It stands out as benefits of the contribution, the integration of the elementary student, teachers and family members in beneficial activities. It was concluded that programs in early attention to social and emotional needs should be incorporated into the curriculum, given the constant change in education in light of conjunctural aspects that affect these processes.
