But the American model has its own nuances the “Pure American Presidential Regime”, establishing the origin of this system of the Constitution of 1787, with a feature of the system where there is a real division of powers: executive, legislative and Judicial. A system of checks and balances characteristic of this democratic system, considered-the constitutional doctrine as a country of democracy in classical Maurice Duverger words. Universidad Ricardo Palma, Rectorado2021-08-16info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/414010.31381/iusinkarri.vn3.4140Ius Inkarri; Vol. 3 Núm. 3 (2014); 13-342519-72742410-593710.31381/iusinkarri.vn3reponame:Revistas - Universidad Ricardo Palmainstname:Universidad Ricardo Palmainstacron:URPspahttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/4140/5071Derechos de autor 2021 Rafael Manuel Ruiz Hidalgohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:oai.revistas.urp.edu.pe:article/41402023-08-24T19:38:41Z
