For this reason, in this text I will address the definition of emotional intelligence and its components, as well as concepts related to it, because today more than ever the need to talk about this psychological issue arises, due to the high rate of violence that is registered in our society.Este artículo tiene como finalidad enfatizar la importancia de la inteligencia emocional. En «Una vida por una honra», relato que forma parte de la obra Tradiciones peruanas, de Ricardo Palma, se aprecia la ausencia de una buena gestión emocional de parte de la protagonista de la historia.
