School coexistence presents various scenarios. Conflicts in the classroom occur for any reason or circumstance, which requires attention because they are a distraction and can cause negative emotional states in children under 5 years of age. It is demonstrated that action research as a teaching strategy has positive effects on conflict resolution in the classroom, according to the perception of the students of the X cycle of the Initial Education specialty of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in the 2023-II semester.La presente pesquisa es de enfoque cuantativo de diseño descriptivo se realizó con las estudiantes de la especialidad de Educación Inicial de la Facultad de Educación de UNMSM, en el diagnóstico situacional motivadas por aportar posibles soluciones al problema, las estudiantes observaron que existen distractores que interferían en los aprendizajes por distintas razones para ello elaboran el plan de acción con el objetivo de resolver conflictos en el aula en un periodo determinado, al termino de la misma presentaron un informe con los resultados obtenidos, lo cual es una experiencia académica donde fortalecieron las competencias docentes para el ejercicio futuro de su profesión. La convivencia escolar presenta diversos escenarios. Los conflictos en el aula se dan por cualquier motivo o circunstancia, lo que requiere ser atendido por ser una distracción y pueden llegar a causar estados emocionales negativos en los niños menores de 5 años.
