Indicates that the social dynamics is based on patterns and analytical indicators of changes, experiences of the actors involved, in addition to the evaluative criterion by specialists in the type of method and creation of theories about the practices accumulated during the events of phenomena, processes, events or relevant events such as the demonstration of assumptions. Educational training, research and innovation in university teachers require exhaustive behaviors and deep critical reflection during the evaluative construction of facts and transmission of true knowledge that are acceptable to society, demonstrating social changes in the way of thinking and acting. Keywords: competence model – educational thinking – professional competence – university   educationEl objetivo del estudio fue analizar la formación educativa, investigación e innovación en docentes universitarios mediante un precepto crítico contemporáneo. Se indica que, la dinámica social está sustentada sobre patrones e indicadores analíticos de cambios, experiencias de actores involucrados, además, del criterio valorativo por parte de especialistas en el tipo de método y creación de teorías sobre las prácticas acumuladas durante los acontecimientos de fenómenos, procesos, sucesos o eventos que resultan relevantes como la demostración de supuestos. La formación educativa, investigación e innovación en docentes universitarios requiere de comportamientos exhaustivos y reflexión crítica profunda durante la construcción evaluativa de hechos y trasmisión de verdaderos conocimientos que sean aceptables para la sociedad demostrando, cambios sociales en la manera de pensar y actuar.
