We chose as examples from the 20th century Le Corbusier with the Ronchamp chapel and Oscar Niemeyer with the Brasilia cathedral, both made of reinforced concrete. Each one, in their own way, reveals their thoughts (not necessarily religious) regarding faith, peace and contemplation.Los edificios religiosos son las manifestaciones que los pueblos han construido para expresar su fe, dejando a lo largo del tiempo obras que nos muestran sus creencias y valores respecto al conocimiento de un ser superior. En estos edificios podemos analizar su significado, las referencias que utilizan para su desarrollo proyectual y cómo se materializan. Escogimos como ejemplos del siglo XX a Le Corbusier con la Capilla de Ronchamp y a Oscar Niemeyer con la Catedral de Brasilia, ambos de concreto armado.
