Constituye una aproximación cualitativa al estudio y sistematización de las políticas públicas de vivienda en el Perú en el periodo 1946-2021, por instituciones representativas, por tipo de políticas, y por tipo de reformas políticas y económicas; así como una propuesta de algunos aportes para una política pública de vivienda en el país 2021-2030, con programas de vivienda diferenciados por estratos sociales, por tamaños de ciudad, y por regiones naturales.
