Under this tenor, the central axis of reflection that guides the present investigation lies in offering a look at the notion of justice in Rodriguez Chavez, which later is linked to Vallejian poetic justice. Starting from the justice classes, the author made a reading in iuspoetic key of four poems by César Vallejo, analyzed in his essay "Justice in Vallejo's poetry". Namely: "Our bread", poem XXIII by Trilce, "Black stone on a white stone" and "Hymn to the volunteers of the Republic".Este ensayo proporciona una guía introductoria de las contribuciones que Iván Rodríguez Chávez, Rector de la Universidad Ricardo Palma, realizó al movimiento de derecho y literatura en el Perú. Bajo ese tenor, el eje central de reflexión que orienta la presente investigación radica en ofrecer una mirada de la noción de justicia en Rodríguez Chávez, misma que después se enlaza con la justicia poética vallejiana. Partiendo de las clases de justicia, se realiza una lectura en clave iuspoética a cuatro poemas de César Vallejo, analizados en su ensayo “La justicia en la poesía de Vallejo”.
