La primera descansa principalmente en el individualismo iusnaturalista; en la segunda, el eje gira de la persona individual a otros centros de imputación normativa como la familia, el sindicato, el trabajo, la educación, la salud, inaugurando una perspectiva social de los derechos fundamentales. Por último, se impone una visión naturalista, una que transciende al individuo y a la colectividad y descansa en el paisaje, la tierra, el agua.Universidad Ricardo Palma, Rectorado2019-11-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdftext/xmlhttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/272210.31381/iusinkarri.vn8.2722Ius Inkarri; Vol. 8 Núm. 8 (2019); 103-1352519-72742410-593710.31381/iusinkarri.vn8reponame:Revistas - Universidad Ricardo Palmainstname:Universidad Ricardo Palmainstacron:URPspahttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/2722/2859http://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/2722/6632Derechos de autor 2019 Carlos Ramos Núñezhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:oai.revistas.urp.edu.pe:article/27222022-12-15T23:00:40Z
