Finally, some restrictions on such access and relevant jurisprudence at the constitutional and inter-American level are analyzed.El artículo defiende la necesidad de que se garantice la publificación de la labor investigadora que se realiza en el Parlamento. Ello guarda relación con el derecho de acceso a la información pública, consagrado principalmente en el inciso 5) del artículo 2 de la Constitución peruana, en la medida que una cultura de la transparencia coadyuva a fomentar la confianza en la gestión pública, máxime cuando se trata del Parlamento, que congrega a los representantes elegidos por el pueblo.
