This research analyzes the consequences generated by an urban/rural spatial imbalance in areas where the transformation from agricultural to urban areas occurs abruptly, since it not only changes the paradigm of the land used for activities in line with environmental protection, but also extends the negative impacts of the city on the countryside, causing the disappearance of ecosystems and the irreparable loss of tangible and intangible assets, as well as the property itself and the culture of sowing.
