There are different ways of approaching these disciplinary knowledges. This article explains this interaction based on the experience with justice of the writers Enrique López Albújar (1872-1966) and César Vallejo (1892-1938). It is proposed that the interaction between law and literature should be carried out on three levels: approaching the intellectual formation of the authors, focusing on their experience with justice and analysing how the theme of justice is represented in their texts.El derecho y la literatura es una línea de investigación que busca crear un productivo diálogo entre el conjunto de principios y normas de justicia y orden de la ciencia jurídica social, y la simbolización y representación de los problemas humanos y sociales que se realiza en la literatura. Existen diversos modos de aproximar estos saberes disciplinarios. En este artículo, se explica dicha interacción a partir de la experiencia con la justicia de los escritores Enrique López Albújar (1872-1966) y César Vallejo (1892-1938).
