El presente artículo analiza las transformaciones sociales producidas por el fenómeno de las migraciones durante la década de 1950 plasmadas en la obra Lima, hora cero, del escritor peruano Enrique Congrains Martín, desde la óptica jurídica. Siguiendo el hilo conductor del desarrollo de un derecho espontáneo como hipótesis, comprobamos en la narración las situaciones que reflejan la creación del «otro derecho» por parte de los migrantes en la urbe.
