However, the native community of Unipacuyacu still does not have a property title, fact that has produced more aggressive invasions of their territory, to the point that their indigenous leaders have been threatened and their community leader, Arbildo Meléndez, was murdered. The national and international norms have been reviewed, as well as the minimum standards of international law for indigenous peoples, where the Unipacuyacu case is analyzed in the light of these norms and the new public policies for the protection of human rights defenders. Universidad Ricardo Palma, Rectorado2022-11-22info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdftext/htmltext/xmlhttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/518610.59885/iusinkarri.2022.v11n12.08Ius Inkarri; Vol. 11 Núm. 12 (2022): Julio - Diciembre; 165-1812519-72742410-593710.59885/iusinkarri.2022.v11n12reponame:Revistas - Universidad Ricardo Palmainstname:Universidad Ricardo Palmainstacron:URPspahttp://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/5186/6928http://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/5186/7473http://revistas.urp.edu.pe/index.php/Inkarri/article/view/5186/6979Derechos de autor 2022 Luis Alberto Hallazi Méndezhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:oai.revistas.urp.edu.pe:article/51862023-10-14T17:44:05Z
